Returns & Refunds Policy

For in-store returns:
We want you to love your purchase!  If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.  Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.  Please include your receipt of purchase.  You also have the option to exchange an item for something different as long as it meets the requirements for a return.  Some items can’t be returned, including custom or personalized products, any sale items, and gift cards.  If you’re not sure whether your item qualifies, just send us a message — we’ll help you figure it out.

For on-line store returns:
Same return requirements apply as in-store purchases.  To get the process started, we offer an easy and simple self-return process.  Click HERE to get started.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and all return packages must include tracking information.  Items sent back without first requesting a return can’t be accepted.  If you have any questions, reach out to us anytime at sales@tools4teaching.biz— we’re always happy to help!  We’ll notify you as soon as we’ve received, inspected, and approved your return.

Damages and Issues

When you first receive your order, please check and make sure everything arrived safely and nothing was damaged during shipping.  Please contact us if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’ll do our best to make it right!

Refunds
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.  Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take a little extra time to post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, please reach out to us at sales@tools4teaching.biz.
