Tools 4 Teaching is a local, family-owned business passionate with all things learning and play! We're looking for a friendly, dependable part-time team member to join our family-owned business. No two days are ever the same, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in helping a small business succeed.
Schedule:
- Part-time
- Approximately 15–25 hours per week
- 1-2 Saturdays per month 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
(Some flexibility possible, but weekday availability is required.)
Responsibilities and who we are looking for:
- Is dependable and consistent week to week.
- Is detail-oriented and organized.
- Learns technology quickly (Shopify experience a plus).
- Communicates kindly with customers.
- Takes initiative and sees what needs to be done.
- Cares about supporting families and educators.
- Loves providing outstanding customer service and making every customer feel welcome.
- Is comfortable using computers (MacOS and iPads) and enjoys learning new technology.
- Can assist with online orders, Shopify website updates, and product management.
- Enjoys keeping things organized and paying attention to details.
- Is willing to jump in wherever needed—from helping customers on the sales floor to packing online orders, answering phones, stocking merchandise, and tackling special projects.
Retail or e-commerce experience preferred but not required for the right person who is eager to learn!
Starting pay: Depending on experience
